This shot was taken midday in the Red Butte Gardens in Salt Lake City. The picture was taken using a Nikon D90, a 24-105mm lens and a Cokin Infrared filter, and a fairly long exposure. Notice the blur in the foliage caused by the wind blowing. No Photoshop enhancements.

I think this is a technically difficult image to put together and my complements to the chef. . . As cool as it is, the Tin Man's tone is similar enough to the BG that picking him as the main focus is more of a challenge. Still, it does have a charm to it. Good Work!
